Is the U.S heading for defeat in Afghanistan?

yeah but we live next to Afghanistan…since Iran hates the Taliban and all global jihadists will come to Afghanistan from Al Qaeda, to Chinese Muslims…they will use Pakistan as an entry-exit point…and thus our country will become a conduit for global terrorism…and India will be none to happy to label Pakistan in the eyes of the world as a terrorist state…

The topic of this thread is “Is the U.S heading for defeat in Afghanistan?”. Please say yes or no with your reasons and leave Pakistan out of it. The question is very simple.
