My ac is dripping and just below the ac there is a table. On the table there were some medicines (tablets). Is it possible that the water soaked them? Should I throw them away?

Were the medicines lying on the table exposed? And did they get wet? If so, then they should be discarded, regardless.
On a side note, I believe AC water is actually pretty clean. Its distilled water.

No they were in blister packs. I am just afraid what if the water seeped through.

Blister pack must be water proof. I am assuming that the medicine is in tablet form. If it appears wet when you open it, then discard it I guess

if it's blister packed then water should not be able to penetrate.....

please post picture of ac, water drops, blister pack both front and back so we can give you a conclusive answer. i recommend throwing away the ac.
