I don’t know about London, but when I went to New York cosmetics were pretty cheap compared to Holland. Holland is cheaper compared to London, so to come to a conclusion: New York is cheaper than London.

thanks for ur reply! can u tell me where did u go in newyork for shopping, I mean the exact name of place or the mall so I could tell my husband to go there and second I mostly need make up than other stuff where can he find cheap mac and bobbi brown cosmetic.
