1.He has addiction problem. Even if he needs to quit he cannot. He needs professional help or danda of his own parents , elder brother or sister if they are willing to help him and you and their nieces and nephews.
2.Give him some kind of ultimatum which you should be willing to follow through if does not stop putting his needs and wants over his family’s needs and wants.
3. If he is willing to leave you for chatting that might be a bluff and you got scared. You should have let him fulfill his bluff. Why do you want to be with a man who is not man enough to take care of his family’s needs and wishes ? Who is willing to leave his family to satisfy his addiction ?
4. While he is chating sit beside him , or train your kids to distract him or sit beside him , if he loves them he needs to prove that he can quit this addiction for the sake of kids.
