It has been posted here before and the reactions were quite interesting. Some of the people, that replied ended up in stereotyping, that all indians would agree with what these people are doing.
But I don't think that's the case. In fact, I believe most of the indians would condemn the burning of the Quran, even if they are Non-Muslims, just like I would condemn it, if somebody burnt the Geeta, Bible, Taura, etc.

I agree with Umer. The vast majority of Indians would never support such antagonistic behaviour.
Ordinary human beings are told in the Holy Quran to respect the gods of other religions. ‘Revile not ye those whom they call upon besides Allah lest they out of spite revile Allah in their ignorance.’(6:108) The wisdom of this command becomes crystal clear when one sees that in reaction to the provocation by the Taleban, copies of the Holy Quran were burned in many parts of India and the Indian Muslim minority had to yet again pay for the actions of others through loss of life and limb.
