I am still unable to solve the mystery. When I receive Gupshup PM’s then the first column contains an icon of a folder. It changes from red to yellow once I have seen the PM. The next column has got an icon of paper. It changes it colour from yellow to grey.

Problem is that with some guppies PM it gives me no icon at all.

Is that a glitch in the system or is it the way guppies write their PM that gives me this x in red colour on a white paper?

Does it happen to anyone of you or is that my inbox?

your server is probably slow
hence its not downloading all the icons
so you get that thingie with a cross where the icon is supposed to be

thanks, no my server is not that slow. sometimes aqalmands’ give crap replies and vice versa.

hmmmmmm.. nope.. what happens HERE in this case is that this is a PARTICULAR user from which when PMs are sent, they dont appear with that icon Khan_Sahib is talking about.

Khan_Sahib, don’t worry yara.. i ALSO get the cross once i read them.. i think it has to do something how her account is set up at gupshup.. =)
