Sure, but from my understanding, listening to the Qur’an in taraweeh is the sunnah, not merely completing a recitation of the Qur’an.

how can that be a sunnah brother? Prophet Muhammad :saw: never had taraweeh prayers in congregation, let alone following someone in that prayer who was reciting Quran. in fact when sahaba gathered in the mosque for him to come out and have taraweeh prayers in jamaat, he did not come out of the house to discourage them.
