Assalam Alaikum
Here’s something I got from www.khilafah.com :
I think we can all agree that there has been no real Islamic State on this earth for
some time now. Then recently came states like Iran, Sudan and now Afghanistan
claiming to be Islamic State(s). So how do we judge?
Firstly, since the principle is that no Islamic State was existing beforehand, it is up
to those who claim to have re-established it to prove it to us by, among other
things:-
- They must abolish the preceding kufr constitution and clearly announce &
publish a purely Islamic constitution for immediate implementation in the entire
region under their control. This means that any so-called Islamic State must have
adopted the economic system, political system, social system, punishment system,
education system and foreign policy system they plan to implement solely and
comprehensively from the Islamic sources i.e. Qur’an and Sunnah.
Right now, to prove their case the Taliban must be propagating that constitution
to the entire Ummah so that we can believe them in their claims.
THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO–WHY NOT? - They must clearly withdraw from all kufr institutions such as the United Nations,
International Monetary Fund, World Bank etc. Right now, the Taliban by their own
admission (see their website at www.ummah.net/taliban)) have an ambassador to
the UN. WHY WOULD AN ISLAMIC STATE REMAIN IN THIS INSTITUTION WHICH
SUBMITS TO US DOMINATION AND IS BASED UPON RESPECT AND LEGITEMACY OF
NATIONAL BORDERS WHICH ISLAM CAME TO DESTROY? - The Islamic State must withdraw from so-called Islamic institutions which
legitemise the division of the Ummah into separate nation-states such as the
Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC). They should be calling for one Islamic
State, theirs, which all Muslims must recognise, support and become part of not
join the OIC which is based upon dividing the Ummah and mulitiple nation states.
Far from doing so, the Taliban sent an observer delegation to the last OIC
conference in Pakistan and sought to be recognised–by the kufr regimes ruling
Muslims–as the legitemate government of Afghanistan! Why would an Islamic
government ask kufr regimes in Muslim world to recognise it!
At the same time, the Taliban have ambassadors in Pakistan and UAE. By sending
ambassadors they recognise the sovereignty to these kufr regimes over part of
the Muslim Ummah, SOMETHING WHICH THE ISLAMIC STATE CAN NEVER DO!!! - The Ummah would have to be convinced that the so-called Khalifah qualifies for
the job and meets the Islamic conditions. HAS ANYONE, APART FROM THOSE WHO
HAVE ALREADY “RECOGNISED” THE TALIBAN REGIME, CONFIRMED THIS? - The Islamic State must call on the entire Ummah to recognise their regime as
the sole legitemate government over the entire Muslim world. HAVE THE TALIBAN
DONE SO? WHY NOT?
It is clear from just these PRELIMINARY observations that the Taliban are far from
qualifying as a truly Islamic State, the Khilafah.
And their claims are a hindrance to those who are sincerely working to re-establish
the Khilafah, have prepared the Islamic Constitution for the task and know what
they are talking about by Allah’s mercy!
