No it is not. They try their level best to follow the ways of the Prophet s.a.w and Suhaba r.a. to the extent possible. You and me are Muslims Alhamdulillah because, in the chain of our ancestors anyone of them was guided to Islam and a preacher tableeghi might have become a source of guidance for them, by the grace and mercy of Allah (swt).

Since it is just a gathering of tableeghi people its not biddah. No. However if someone would say that going to Raiwind is a part of islam ir Ibadah, then it becomes biddah. As long as you dont make it something a part of Islam, which was originally not a part of Islam, then it is not Biddah.
