I was googling on this topic and found that some people include surah fatiha in the first para or Juz some not. Most valid question here would be: When was the Quran divided in 30 parts. Who did it? and what was the justification?

The main organization during the lifetime of the holy prophet was in terms of surrahs and ayats.
Division into 30 equal Parts came after the lifetime of holy prophet (pbuh)
But whatever the form of organization, Surrah Faitah is an integral part of holy Quran and this fact doesn't change.

I failed to understand why people hessitate to accept a fact when it is brought in front of them along with proper reasonings. What difference will it make if we accept that Allah has revealed to An-Hazrat SAWAW Sura-e-Fatiha and Quraan-e-Azeem as two saperate sets of revelations? Even when Allah SWT himself discloses this fact in Sura Hajar Ayat # 87 as has already been quoted earlier. It is a pointless debate as the structure of both the revelations is entirely diferent. Sab'a masani means seven ayats which are repeated twice. And in fact it is indicating towards the 'Salat' or Namaz in which Sura Fatiha have to be recited atleast twice. Whereas Quraan-e-Azeem has no restriction to be recited twicely. you can read according to your will and convenience.

And the debate that it is Atf-e-Tafseeri and not waoo jamma etc can also be termed as 'tafseer bir raye' because it is not substanciated with proper reasoning. How can you say that 'sabam-minal masani' and rest of Quraan are the same things? It is simply like comparing apple with mango and nothing else.
