i heard its good, but not good for broken skin..can someone tell me what broken skin is or looks like,

i have sens acne prone skin which has left marks…red marks, and the area around each spot is redish too…is this broken skin?

i meant broken capillaries.....i just read its redish thread type on your skin, not sure if thats same as acne red marks?

It's not the same as acne marks..steaming is safe for people with acne. If u have large/open pores skip the steaming process.

i have not steamed my face ever..though i had broken capillaries on my nose which are now gone from doing the TCA peels! who would have thought!..i was thinking about getting laser done to even out the skin..but that will have to wait until next year IA!
