Please read the suggestion also and note it has same principle involved, as it is in believing last book Quran as this book also have some amendments done.for example, camel was haram in INGEAL and permitted in Quran.

Same is in believing prophet Mohammed being last prophet.

So shall we believe in the method of using arms in NAmaz through last khulafai Rashedeen. As all four used different places.

thats such a wierd logic…we have a rasul of allah :saw: telling us how to pray, and then we have a sahabi of rasul :saw: telling us how to pray and we obey the sahabi? astagfurullah
ali :razi: is very learned and loved by us, but he was not rasul of allah :saw: and we only follow the sunnah of rasul :saw:
no sahih hadith has related by anyone that tells us that place hands on the navel or open ur arms, yet people follow their imams against the rasul :saw:

As for the believer who has the problem in the first instance, don't just take my word for it, check it out for yourself. The holy prophet (saw) said in a sahih hadith that, and I am paraphrasing, go to china if you have to seek knowledge.

JazakAllah khair for your responce. One correction that needs to be made is that there are various aspects in the salaah that have ikhtilaaf (differences) on. Some are related to the physical actions and others are related to what is recited.

So as an example, some mujtahid have said that you do not have to recite surah Fatiha behind the imam (Imam Abu Hanifa) and others have said that it is obligatory to recite fatiha behind the imam (Imam Shafi'e).

So to say that there are differences in the physical actions only is not correct.

I myself believe that it is obligatory to recite durood and without it the salaah is not valid but at the same time I do not say that the other imams are doing kufr. This is because this issue is open to different opinions.

Khuda Neyat Dekta HEI. Na ye kay kiss zaban mein namaz perhei, keya perha , keya baat khuda say key. Ye KASOUTI PER KASAJATA HEI.
