Anyway, there must have been a reason for Prophet(SAW) to apply henna on his little finger, I'm interested to hear the hadith and the context now.
And going back to the topic, I've seen on weddings men(groom) apply henna on their hands only in villages but in cities they don't, they use a paan leaf or a currency note and then women apply henna on that leaf or note.
somethings dont HAVE to have a reason do they?
and yea I too have seen henna being applied on a leaf not directly on the mans palm...in fact in my family at least I have never seen it applied directly on a man's palm.
