Is rage and fury contageous?

Can it hop from blood cells in one human being to another?

Any vaccinations available?

2-3 yrs ago, i was a VERY calm, gentle and understanding person.
Now im impatient, crude and restless. I got so much rage and fury inside of me.

I spend a lot of time with a friend of mine, he gets wound up soooooo easily. Gets all worked up, and looks well scary when hes in a bad mood i tell ya.

I think the past 2 yrs that i been spending time with him, something has passed on to me for sure. I cant control the rage, i break stuff, i shout, i take things the wrong way.

Ok i have had bad experiences in my life, nothing moreso than the next man, …am scarred easily…but still…no one would say that it amounts to all this rage.

Anyone get me? ke am i jst babbling on?

If you start spending time with someone, you start to be like them,, company does affect people..
if your angry try to sit down.. relax, have water,, or maybe even lie down..

eemo, i can relate to your story. I was once with a person who had anger management issues. Throughout my childhood and teen years I was a calm and controlled person. It was very hard to get me angry. I met this person in my early 20's. She had a bad temper. I thought I would handle it as I was very calm myself. I thought may be two of us would get along well by neutralizing each other's emotions. But Boy was I wrong!.

Her anger transitioned into me over a period of 6 months. Whenever she got angry, I got furious. At times, I felt I was her mirror image. I lost all control. It was affecting my professional life too. Eventually, I had to bite the bullet and made the decision with a heavy heart.

My advice to you is stay away from angry and unstable people. They seldom rehabilitate themselves and often transfer their anger into people around them.

jazakallah for the replies.

Mystical Miss - i find it very hard to sit down or drink water etc, cos most often than not, im usually in a rush so im low on time as it is. But still im going to take it into consideration.

Funguy - i see what ur sayin. He doesnt break stuff though. i dont know anyone that does, its just me. And he only gets angry in certain kinds of situations. i get angry with everything. I used to be a colin pushover in school and i think i jst get very protective when i see someone is tryin to push me over, even if they aint.

Hes going soon anyway. im gna miss the guy, hes a good friend.
I'll calm down inshallah.

one thing: namaz

it dissolves your anger

another thing: exercise

it dissolves your anger more

im consistent in both

  • though a little less on the exercise cos i have hypermobility syndrome which means my fitness regime cannot be intense or as regular as i would like it to be
