Re: Is Punjab changing ?

In the case of Pakistan, talk is cheap, numbers can be fudged, and yes-men will say and do whatever it takes to appeal to their boss.

Scepticsm after so many false hopes is warranted, but here’s to a cup half full.

Re: Is Punjab changing ?

Desert Bird is a very good man
Gives hope , hope is better than no hope
nothing changed for common man yet except metro bus for few thousands who travel on that

You need to tell us what you think, what is your opinion about it… not just some journalists, otherwise this thread will be closed in 2 days

Re: Is Punjab changing ?

You are wrong ,
I write few words , Before Bhutto coming into power , Pakistan faced the worst defeat of the history and divided into two , more than 90,000 soldiers were in Indian custody , many thousand Sq miles area was under Indian control , No money to do anything , Nothing to export , Even no matchbox was manufactured in west , Our main export was Pat-san from EP , gone away . I saw those days . Bhutto worked hard , very hard , 20 hours a day , Got support from Arabs , China and even Europe , Developed local sources and arranged ways for jobs abroad for Pakistanis .
Now projects
First big flyover of Pakistan at Drigh Road in beginning .
Steel Mill
Aeronautical Complex Kamra , Now manufacturing planes
New ordinance factories at Sanjhwal , Haripur Road and one near old Wah factory
Taxila Heavy mechanical complex
Lawari Tunnel
Indus Highway from Karachi to KPK
Guard of Pakistan Atomic program
Thousands more projects
Promoted unconventional trade like Ship breaking , Fish export and what so ever the one can do
And our binding force hanged him in response . And many here influenced by lies of the traitors criticize him

ih ih his crime against humanity biggest achievement

Re: Is Punjab changing ?

Re: Is Punjab changing ?

PML N knows how to woo the people in Punjab. Most of the people who I know in Lahore are generally happy with Shahbaz Sharif and PML N. But then again, most of my family in Lahore… they are all well established in their own fields and have their own businesses…so of course they would be happy that they can pay their way to get anything done and avoid paying taxes.

Re: Is Punjab changing ?

The biggest crime which I knew
He didn’t restore the corrupt man ousted from government service .

Re: Is Punjab changing ?

Right, and in Ayub era nothing happened, log bhookay mar gaye thay, GDP was going negative it was only Bhutto who reversed it and it boosted by 80-90, right?

Re: Is Punjab changing ?

Punjab Changing???

Have Punjab Police become efficient
Have the Judicial system become efficient
Have the Patwar eliminated

if the answer of the above three is yes or somewhat yes, then Punjab has positively changed, if not then it is same Murghi key eak tang…

Re: Is Punjab changing ?

Let us wait and see, and it is true, change should come from within… and incase of police, it should be from training… so lets wait and watch
