Is there any truth in the assertion that the establishment is feeling uneasy with the present government and they might again wrap the system up? Are we going back to 1999?

Re: Is PMLN government in danger?
Nope.
Re: Is PMLN government in danger?
Yes, its acutely in danger but it all depends upon the verdict of Musharraf case.
If the decision is announced today that musharraf should be hanged, the govt will be trashed within next half an hour.
I'm 101% sure that a possible interim setup is all ready. Army + Tahirul Qadri + Altaf hussain + Ch. Shujaat.. All are bagged together for the same. And altaf hussain's pakistani passport stunt is a part of that.

I think there are paid journalist who are paid write stuff like this. BTW, if Pakistan is going to survive than democracy must succeed.
Re: Is PMLN government in danger?
I do not see any danger to the setup.

There was a reason of the recent zardari Nawaz meeting

Definitely. Even Nawaz-Imran meeting had some meanings. Perhaps the PM wanted to stiffen his muscles before going to Kakul. He now has the most meaningful political backing at his disposal.
Having said that, I would still conveniently believe that the Sharif in the uniform does not have any surprises up his sleeves.

If your analysis is true, will be a step further in chaos, lawlessness and disintegration.
Re: Is PMLN government in danger?
I wouldn't say its in danger, but there's definitely some panic in the PMLN camp. But these meetings certainly serve as a good way of strengthening the PR front of civic-democratic leadership, and sending a strong subliminal message of political unity and consensus to the armed forces.
I don't know if Shareef with mustache was trolling the government when he made those non-contextual, polysemous remarks, if he was, then he's certainly having a laugh right now. If he wasn't trolling, then this isn't a laughing matter, but a learning lesson for him.

And they are committed to please US
PML-N abandoned Iran to strike deal with Qatar to import expensive Gas
Re: Is PMLN government in danger?
PMLN needs to blame its own hounding dogs for creating this crisis. People like Saad Rafiq who, out of prejudice against Musharraf, forgot that he is not just an Urdu speaking, but also the head of Pakistan Army. Abusing him like a woman from a ghetto, ridiculing him, calling him a traitor and a coward. Not good for Army to bear such insults as they pertain not just Musharraf but also to Pakistan Army.
Trouble is the dictatorial tendencies, the Amirul Momineen mindset, which Nawaz possess. Let’s see how things unfold. Nawaz seems to feel the danger. This is why he held a cordial meeting with Zardari.
Read Ayaz Amir’s opinion below. He is a former PMLN member. But a decent person.
Ayaz Amir says that the irony is that the government is crossing all limits in t.rying to bridge gaps with enemies of state the Taliban, but is extremely rigid and stern when it comes to compromise on Musharraf case with Pakistan Army!

Did not we know it already that the project would be killed if PML-N comes into power? The rest is just dramatics.
