No, but there are verse(s) which say something along the lines of: any flesh-eating species is forbidden. That includes humans, because humans are omnivores. Omnivores and carnivores are forbidden.

Only some herbivores!

Name me a carnivore or an omnivore which is permissible for consumption, in Islam.

not all herbivored are halal either. the criteria of halal and haram is not something we can understand. I mean we can eat cow but not horse. I dont think anybody can say i know why Allah declared cow halal and horse haram. or can they

Yes, thats what i want to say…there is not a single verse or hadith say that eating human flesh is haram but there is a criteria for haram and halal…similarly there is not a verse or hadith that clearly says that music is haram but there is a criteria(based on other related ahadith) for declaring music haram or makruh.
