Is octopus meat halal?

Wrong! I said that “I am not sure about birds that eat insects”. Because we humans are allowed to eat locust. So I guess that too is OK.

Besides, I always disliked chicken, mutton, and lamb - I mostly eat bread and cheese with vegetables. And when it comes to meat, I only like fish or beef!

Liking/disliking and halal/non-halal are two different issues. Karahiat is something which is valid.
