Re: is it wrong?
Well as Muslims we believe that we are in a constant struggle with the so called “nafs”, so for example as a married man it’s normal for you to feel attracted to and have the desire to engage in sexual relations with attractive females that you may see. This is normal, you can’t run from it, happens to me all the time. You must do what you can to avoid it, ie don’t gawk at other women, seek refuge in GOD etc..
However, as Muslims we believe it would be morally disgusting to act upon such behavior, because we believe that we will be held accountable for our actions and that GOD is watching what we do, we must constantly struggle to purify ourselves.
Thus to sum it up the attraction is normal, to act upon it is not. Islam tells us that we are not mere animals who are slaves to our desires, we must have control and demonstrate Taqwa ie GOD consciousness.
Trust me, when you establish regular Salah, you will develop Taqwa, then you will shun all forms of shameful and immoral behavior.
