I have found that I am compliant with the teachings of the article. The differentiating part is that it all depends on who we consider Believers and Brethren. I actually do apply the final excuse for my brethren (Ahlus Sunnah from All parts of the World,) the final excuse being ‘A reason that I do not know’

Then He does go onto to talk about dawa and the mercy required, a point also mentioned by you . I content that the points mentioned by The Imam earlier (Shaitanic deviators who deviate others - which are the two points you questioned of mine) are also full of mercy, dawa and sincere concern. So where we find a people forwarding the ‘horn of satan’ dawa we must speak up. I have no reason not to because I neither lack the ability nor the courage - Alhamdulillah
