what do you mean, career progression, income?
what type of school, and when you say MBA in IT, what do you mean there.
all Iknow is that pretty much any I/T guy who has moved into mgmt has either gone for an MBA, is doing an MBA or at minimum went for some of the executive certificate programs that universities offer.
