I parked right in front of the meter and that guy wasn’t there when I went to the meter to get the recipet printed. He gave me the ticket sometimes after I parked and put the recipet in my car.. so sometimes after 8:58am (I have a proof of that) and he wrote that he gave me the ticket at 8:55. So lets say they say that oh ok so its still not 9:00 .. its 8:58. But isn’t the ticket invalid in any case… How can he give ticket at 8:55

Yea in that case you totally have a case. Fight it or it won’t even be a fight. It’ll just get thrown out.
