See even its before 2 mins when I could park my car… I think the officer wrote 8:55 on the ticket when I have a proof saying I paid for the meter parking at 8:58. Now isn’t it wrong of him to write that made up time on the ticket. That’s what pissed me off. I would’ve paid the ticket if the ticket had 8:58 on it.. which means he gave it write as I was printing the meter recipet. Why should I pay the ticket which was given to me (on papers) even before I parked my car there.

So where was the car while you were getting the ticket? It had to be parked somewhere or was it one of those meters at the door of parking? If you did not leave the vehicle at 8:55am parked illegally then yes the ticket makes no sense. Even if you did leave the vehicle illegally parked at 8:55am to get purchase the ticket you still have a good case I think because you have proof that you stepped out to purchase the parking ticket.
