They usually throw out tickets if there is an cop-error in writing up the ticket. Definitely worth fighting over.

Yeah happend at Jackson Heights. I don’t call them cops.. they aren’t.. just traffic police.. not exactly NYPD.. grrr.. and they make me super mad.
