Look women belong in either the kitchen or the bedroom. Who the hell told them they could do anything else?
But there are some values involved in kitchen and bedroom too, who will teach them that? :p

Looking at the replies here, it seems most people here believe being bold and loud is the only thing that is required to be incharge of the family.
But still don't think so. Even if a woman enjoys a lot of freedom, controls certain matters of the house, its the man who defines the limits - at-least in eastern culture.
But this is definitely different for people living in Pakistan and living abroad.
