i dont thnk dat every time anywhere a person wants attention,,or may b some ppl r very concious in this matter n seek attention.i think this thing vary among ppl depending on moods,thinking,confidence status of individual one n desire to b admired.

depend on what sort of personality u have, i mean if the person is quiet shy then i dont think so they would like to be noticed or jump out of the crowd, where as a confident person just automatically makes it place to the center of attention
