yes its true, because for men attrativeness of women is based on physical appearance ( its our nature 
) whereas for women attrativeness of men is mostly based on personality which never ages unlike physical appearance.

Everything that points up and is perky... is more attractive...wrinkly....sagging stuff is not..... as stated above...women learn to live with wutever kinda man they r with...as long as he has a good heart...they'll get over the baldness and the fat tummy.....

Well I don't know if it is really "relevent" to this topic but they had a study where they found that peak sexual performance / desire for women is in older years [40s, 50s] unlike men who start to wane sexually in their forties onwards...
