I just read it somewhere, so was wondering whether is it really true!?

There’s no way to tell if its certainly true. It might be, it might not be.
Wouldn’t it make sense though if it was the other way around? 
i.e. *you *were thinking of them and so dreamt of them?

I dnt think it is true…
but once I had a dream where my best friend calls me and tells me “I jst called to tell u that I am going to call you now!”, and one second later my phone rang and it was her!!! 
That was freaky!!!

i dont knw abt tht......haha....but i would like to knw...haha.....anywayz....i do get the feeling tht someone is think abt me.....like whn im doing something and the sudden thought of tht person comez to mind than whn u get comtact with them than u realize tht they were think abt u.......hahaha
