is it true about baby's Gender?

It’s definitely an old wives tale…I had a baby boy and his heart rate was always over 140…

My scan told me I am having a girl…but I did the ring on the thread thing and it always said that my first child would be a boy…I found it pretty freaky when fiction won over science in the delivery room haha

what is this ring on the thread thing??.. how do you do it..

someone plz explain!!
