Got no problems with it. I know for a fact that which ever girl I end up marrying is getting a full physical - talk about sexual innuendo - and blood work done. Its better to be safe than sorry. It is also about my health and that of my future kids.

I have no problem being tested for STDs and blood work because I have nothing to hide.

And besides it is a work permit requirement in Sudan as well. So no escape from it.
