Ah the beauty of stupidity. Gentlemen, the day the Balochi movement has 3 UNSC resolutions on it, calling for a plebicite and is internationally recognized as a movement for self-determination, I will gladly support their right. Till then there is no comparison. Considering your military (under the new ICC) has committed crimes against humanity and war crimes, you should be happy you aren't being questioned right now.

As for democracy. This was a commitment your government made in 1949. Its been roughly 60 years and you have instead committed mass murder, crimes against humanity and raped god knows how many innocent women. Good job defending that.

And Aam I am awaiting your response in the other thread on Kashmir. You still have no answered my questions on the UNSC resolutions.

CM ..... the condition for Plesbicite is as under

When the Commission shall have notified the Government of India that the tribesmen and
Pakistan nationals referred to in Part II A2 hereof have withdrawn, thereby terminating the
situation which was represented by the Government of India to the Security Council as having
occasioned the presence of Indian forces in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, and further, that
the Pakistan forces are being withdrawn from the State of Jammu and Kashmir, the
Government of India agrees to begin to withdraw the bulk of their forces from the State in
stages to be agreed upon with the Commission.

When did the commision notify the government of India that the condition has been met . Infact Pakistan was adamant on not moving its troops ...... they knew that had the plebiscite been held they would have lost Kashmir......

Manyy Kashmiri's on this forum have forgotten the sacrifice of Maqbool Sherwani ... tell me who was responsible for his death and many more of the Kashmir milita who fought against the Pakistani intruders .....

I know it is in Pakistan's interest that the focus stays on the valley ... after all they have done the same for the northern areas .... it is the "attot "ang of Pakistan ..... unfortunately it is ruled by a administrator from Islamabad.

Another point .... UNSC resoultions are for the state of Jammu & Kashmir ..... it is an India Pakistan question .... there is no scope for independence in the resolution ... so what is going on in the valley is not as per the UN resolution.

The question of the accession of the State of Jammu and Kashmir to India or Pakistan will be decided through the democratic method of a free and impartial plebiscite

The security council resolutions says it all ...... no independence

As for me personally Kashmiri's have a very every right to independence .... very similar to what the Balochis have or the Banglas had .... but if you are disussing the problem in context of UN resolutions ... no way

Thats a very productive outlook on the situation. But what do you know, you live in South India.
We fight for our people, Kashmiris who consider themselves Pakistanis. The real question is how many lives and resources Indians are willing to throw at Kashmir while seeing nothing in return.

Its people like you who still worship the colonial map that are the problem. You seem to think Kashmir belongs to you more than it belongs to Kashmiris.

meh, thats wrong too...Azad Kashmir is not a part of Kashmir, it is a part of Jammu. Ethnically, culturally, linguistically it is exactly the same as Jammu and has nothing in common with the Kashmir valley (except religion). There is a Kotli in Pakistani Jammu (so called Azad Kashmir), a Kotli in Jammu, Inida, there is Poonch in Pakistani Jammu and Poonch in Indian Jammu, Doda in Pakistani Jammu, Doda in Indian Jammu (I hope u get the point). Kashmir itself is only the valley, most of Azad Kashmir is infact Jammu and not Kashmir, even Muzafrabad is not Kashmir.

If you are talking in the context of UN dispute then the whole of princely state of Jammu & Kashmir is disputed.

As for getting Kashmir & Kargil .... come get it ......

Kashmir & Kargil has nothing in common ..... so dont know what makes you think it is part of the valley

You forgot the Mao massacres which are a constant in India. And lets not forget 1984 and 2002. Genocides are not routine in Pak, like they are in India. And we dont have an obsession with female infanticide either.

We want freedom, we don't want to join Pakistan (god forbid). Pakistan will never give Northern Areas back to an independent Kashmir, they'll probably end up invading us if we do get independence, going by their track record.

I'm 100% sure that the Kashmiri people don't want the Zardari/Bhutto filth, or Pakistani joke of a democracy to have anything to do with us. Friendly neighbours will suffice. As far as Azad Kashmir goes, I can assure you that there is no love lost when it comes to its people, every kashmiri I know (and I know lots, want nothing to do with them), all they've done is high jacked our identity and have been lost not knowing their own identity thanks to Pakistan.

As much as i empathise with you on this ...... there is a sizebale portion of population in Kashmir that does support Pakistan ..... geelani sahab is very clear on his stand .... he wants Kashmir to join Pakistan and he is the tallest leader amongst the secessionist leadership.

As for people of Azad Kashmir .... well i think they know their identity .... they are not Kashmiri speaking people .... so what identity have they lost to Pakistan !!!!

Muzaffarabad and Bagh and Neelum valley are part of Kashmir province.

True, the southern parts of Azad Kahsmir were part of Jammu province. But the Doda and Kishtwar districts of Jammu are more than 90% Kashmiri speaking!

You need to get your facts right.

My facts are right, thank you very much.

Doda is not majority Kashmiri speaking, people of Kishtwar do speak a pretty rough dialect of koshur, but I didnt mention Kishtwar previously as its population is very small %age wise compared to the rest of Jammu, and it is much closer to the valley, thus its similarities with the valley.

Bagh was in the Poonch district pre 1947 not Kashmir, Muzaffrabad has pretty much nothing to do with Kashmir, its Sudhun central :S, Neelum was part of Kashmir.

the so called 'majority' that some of you people talk about is just one part of the state. if you count the whole state then overwhelmingly pro-India. Even this 'majority' is after driving away tens of thousands of pundits out and therefore is invalid.

Anyway, anybody who favors Pakistan from Kashmir should be jailed and executed for treason.
