Beauty which makes the perfect personality either that is male or female. Now it is not so difficult to get the beauty tips for increasing the beauty as compared to maintain it. Because once beauty is achieved then it is maintained only by the maintenance of the fitness. Now the question is that how can we maintain our fitness. Firstly we should understand the fitness. Physical fitness comprises on two related concepts; one is the general fitness which is a state of health and well being and other is the specific fitness which is a task oriented definition based on the ability to perform specific aspects of sports or occupations. In early stage, fitness was commonly defined as the capacity to carry out the daily activities without under fatigue. However these days, physical fitness is considered a measure of the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist diseases and to meet emergency situations. Physical fitness is confined on the components which are the Flexibility Training, Strength Training, Muscular Endurance, Body Composition and General Skill Training. Specific or task oriented fitness is a person’s ability to perform in a specific activity with a reasonable efficiency. Besides this there are some factors which cause to increase the fitness which are balance nutrition, regular exercise, proper sleeping and cleanliness. After acting upon these factors fitness causes to maintain the beauty.
