^ depends on the both of the sisters. 1st thing to consider is how attached is the younger sister to the cousin. if she doesn't have any feelings for him thn it should be a problem. n if she does thn its better to keep the org. rishta (younger sister with the cousin)
2nd thing to consider is how does the older sister feel abt the cousin?
if she doesnt mind marrying him thn thats good.
