I dunno, i don’t think so. He’s probably going to end up being closer to one more than the other. (for example, the first wife always stays the alpha wife, been with him longer, knows him more etc) It’s normal for humans to feel that way. Like being able to relate to one more than the other but being attracted to the other one more? So he figured marrying both would give him the perfect combo. The only kind of equality a man would ever be able to give two wives would be in the case of a) financial: giving them both same houses, same clothes, same materialistic things etc b) time: divide his week equally between the two.

Emotional equality, however, i feel, would never be possible.

I think even dividing time could get very messy when kids come along (or even when one or more wives get pregnant)..

What happens when one kid is crying for daddy but he’s with family no 2? Or one kid has an accident, parents’ evening or school sport’s day? In reality it’s just asking for a lot of bitterness and resentment from both wives and kids.. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that people who promote these marriages hardly ever want to mention the kids..
