hi ! actually this qs is for my mom who'se currently in U.S on B2 visitor visa , it's her first ever visit and was permitted to stay for upto 6 months period which is about to be over soon , but i want to keep her ( as i'm studying) beyond her six months alotted time , is it okay ?? i mean i know how we should file for extension but my concern is will it effect her visitor visa ( which is multiple entry in U.S for upto 5 yrs) ?? or could she face any problem @ immigration office on her way out of U.S or at time of her next entry in U.S ?? would this extension be considered as breach of laws or it's legal ?? does any of u have any idea , or experience in this regard ?
dont do that. Next time when you will come they will ask N number of questions and most probaby will deny you entry.
