And let me put this East-West germany deal to rest ONCE AND FOR ALL!
Did you know that east and west were one germany and it was allied politics of the Cold War (after “defeat” of Germany in WWII) that divided the occupation zones into american, french, british (3 zones joined to form W. Germany) while E. Germany was Soviet bloc.
I don’t see such situation in India / Pakistan scenario (maybe in Kashmir situation but then india - pakistan wouldn’t allow it???).
