Whenever I take a shower, I always notice couple of strands that come out while I wash my hair, is this normal???

Its quite normal...just be gentle with your hair in the shower because wet hair breaks more easily than dry.

its normal...however try to brush ur hair before taking bath .....this will detangle ur hair and will cause less hair to fall in shower
