At times i feel that indian movies are popular in pakistan only bcos of muslim actors.
I have my reasons to think so. I have seen many good movies not featuring khans were not at all discussed in this forum (I am member of gupshup since 2000, even thou I dont have lot of posts but i am a daily visitor to gupshup). So one thing i am sure that ppl in pakistan really dont like non-khan actors.
so do u guys feel that pakistanis (i am not generalizing) will not watch / follow indian movies when era of khans will come to an end (this is bound to happen).
not at all... I have my own favs... Amitabh, Nana Patekar, Manoj Bajpai... I think these are amongst the few non-Khan actors that a lot of people watch. Besides the above-mentioned more suljhey huey actors, you have the likes of Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor & Jackie Shroff who're good in their own respective niches and I'd give their movies a chance once in a while too.
The only Khan actor i like is Amir Khan. Rest all suck. Other than that i like watching Vivek Oberoi as long as its an underworld gangster type movie like Company. Same goes for Sanjay Dutt.

i dont think i watch movies just for khans.. well id watch Amir Khan cus hes one very talented actor..
u know why doesnt anyone ever mention the females? I used to love watching of Zeenat Aman, Parveen Babi, Shabana Azmi (one very very talented actor), Sharmila Tagore, Waheeda Rehman, Nargis, Nandita Das.. soo many awesome female actors
