I dont know about eating less but certainly eating less JUNK gives you more energy. Working out definitely makes your day more prodcutive, and gives you more endurance/energy.

If your not properly hydrated or working out without enough sleep you will feel fatigued.

How come my body doesnt digest everything completely, the fat too that i intake.

I dont know really.. bu I've noticed that if I dont eat breakfast, I clean up so much better:D ..

Eating 5 smaller meals throughout the day helps.....Your body is constantly fueled and burning calories....
That is true !
But for me working out made me so addictive. I feel so much compelled to go to gym
despite getting tired next day i felt like i have to go again
may be there are some reason
Work out make muscles prominent and it feels damn good
( btw, i am talking about manly work out like weight training and hardcore stuff… girly work out is so blah and so boring ![]()
I can throroughly enjoy eating yummy , like protien rich yummy stuff like minced meat eggs milkshakes and fruits, porridge with chicken and lots of more stuff
