no...men and women are required to cover their satar and a womans satar is her entire body [including hairs] except her face, hands and feet.

I think u r mixing two things. Covering feets I mean covering from top to bottom required in front of Na-Mahram NOT in case of offering namaaz. Rest Khalil bhai ne explain kr diya hy :)
