Machine slaughtered meat should not be designated halaal. Its not just that the right words are being said. The method of slaughter makes a difference. Goal is to cut the jugular and let the blood drain, not an outright chopping.

Machine slaughter halal does cut the jugular only. The chickens are left hanging for the blood to pump out. Their website says

At the point of slaughter, a highly accurate, rotary knife blade precisely severs the respiratory tract, esophagus, jugular vein and arteries, leaving the head attached.
The spinal cord is left undamaged and the nervous system still unharmed to ensure that compete bleeding out takes place.
A backup Muslim slaughterer is always on hand, ensuring that there is never a gap in the live blessings, and that every bird is accurately slaughtered.
