Zreen, it might be an year but that makes it a permanent one, based on a healthy pattern… what puchi is recommending, zero carb and overworking yourself is just temporary. The moment the carbs come back into the diet, your body stores more to take care of the carb starvation.

True. Plus i don’t think it can be healthy even otherwise, it wud take a toll on your skin/hair too.
