Have you seen a neurologist?

Your brain MRI findings need to be confirmed by second opinion.

Not known if you had ESR/CRP/ANA/Anti-RNA/Anti Ds DNA/Anti-Sm antibody etc… tests done on blood.

You have arthritis and inflammation of blood vessels on MRI of brain.

A Rheumatologist also can help.

Good news no ‘tumor’ found.

I got the report its suspects two things: Migraine or small vessel vasculitis.
