whats my understanding as per your understanding? You said that ’ Iqbal ko muaaf rakhen’, so you didn’t get my point I think. I said that Iqbal didn’t give a statement about Shikwa, he just got published ‘Jawab e Shikwa’, which normalised the things. If he hadn’t done so, standalone Shikwa would still be considered a controversial poem. Whether he wrote ‘Jawab e Shikwa’ after reaction against ‘Shikwa’ or he had written ‘Jawab e Shikwa’ with ‘Shikwa’ and just published that later is a matter of research.
