Most of the time, poets are either against Sharia or they don’t consider Islamic concepts to write such asha’ar.
As far as toba is concerned, its not always about ‘Jurm’. Its about guilt. Adam (AS) opt for toba, as he felt that he did something wrong by not following the order of God. But when God Himself graced Adam and granted his Dua/ Toba, then there is no need for such ash’aar and thoughts that Adam was sent to earth as a punishment. When his Toba was accepted then there is no question of punishment.
