Everyone is different. You will KNOW when you are in LOVE trust me on this one. There are some obvious physical signs like facial hair, bad clothing sense, loss of weight, sleeplessness yadee yadee yada.
Now should we let the person know of our true feelings? ..Hell Yeah.. The telling part usually involves some game playing and maneuvering, experience is recommended but not required.
The question of true love, thats a difficult one. The term true love seems to be a contradiction in itself. There is no such thing as false love. For me (and that is my own opinion), true love is the desire to LOVE someone without the desire of having him/her. Yeah i know its strange..but its me... :)
