Is it bad not to do Sehri?

Re: Is it bad not to do Sehri?

omz, me too. it was so bad. i just had a date and a pakora and went to sleep until midnight where hubby made me get up and eat dinner. i didn’t even go to work yesterday and was really worried about today. but alhumdulillah i was fine today. felt a bit nauseous when there was an hr left to iftar but i managed to eat fine. i did sehri this morning and iA will again tomorrow morning.

Niksik - It’s true, I’m not going to deny it but when you have to go for work and function, something has to give. For some people, getting a proper night’s sleep is more important than the food. Which is why I only last a week with this reduced sleeping pattern. If I get exhausted due to lack of sleep, I will miss Maghrib and Isha (and eating any food during this period) because I will just collapse in the evening.
