It seems like you tell them about your expectations at the 1st meeting. Don’t scare the guy away.

Look for four things: Character, Education, Personality, Success

Don’t come across bitter and rude… If you like the guy, talk to him and get to know him better before showing him your 1000 page list… Men are very scared of demanding women. You can certainly demand but do it at the end once you guys figure out how awesome your chemistry is after you analyze those 4 qualities in him.
