Is it allowed to post X-rated stuff in journals such as pictures where one is french kissing? and where u are telling ur x-rated dreams , talks etc etc.

If not, whom shud we complain to? and what actions will be taken?

Same policies apply anywhere on GS. Be it in a thread or a journal. Just because it is a journal and priivate, doesn't mean one can say or show anything he/she likes.

Though Guppies have a little more freedom in their journal, as a journal is not moderated by any mod or admin. And any such material is only spotted by coincidence or if reported by a fellow Guppie.
