In my opinion it is saying almost the same as what is quoted above in a round about way;

In my humble opinion that is not the real message or meaning of your signature. Please read again.

The signature is not about God’s/Allahs’s attributes. which the verse is talking about.

Nor the verse itself is talking about ‘peace’ is obtained/understood/ if one understands or comprehend life and death as one entity.

For life and death are one,

How?

and only those who will consider the experience as one

How?

may come to understand or comprehend what peace indeed means.

How?

If he is saying, one is in transient stage between life and death and is peaceful then OK. Maybe that makes some sense, but not a whole lot of sense.

If he is saying life and death by themselves are not different and one should not be afraid of death considering there is no difference there, (since one is still alive even though dead) then it makes somewhat better sense.
